Hey, My dad once arrived late at the Jetblue Airways Newark Office in New Jersey, but the staff were still very understanding. They calmly guided him on what could be done for his flight. Even though he was stressed, they reassured him and explained the options clearly. The office was organized, which made things easier for him. He appreciated their patience and support despite his delay. Overall, it turned out to be a helpful experience.
