I’m currently researching ways to improve our company’s support operations and came across several options for customer support automation tools. I’m curious to hear from those with firsthand experience: which platforms have genuinely improved response times and customer satisfaction? How steep is the learning curve, and what features are essential versus optional? 

Additionally, how do these tools integrate with existing CRM systems without causing disruptions? Any insights on cost-effectiveness, scalability, or potential pitfalls would be incredibly helpful.
